TET New Exam Date

TET New Exam Date : Director SCERT Punjab has postponed the date of Punjab State Teacher Eligibility Test 2017 from 31^st December 2017 to 11^th February 2018 vide his Public Notice released yesterday i.e. on 26^th December 2017. This has been done in order to provide sufficient time to prospective candidates. Now , the candidates can get themselves registered till 31^st December 2017. The last date for deposition of fee has been extended to 2^nd January 2018.The last date for completion of Application Form after confirmation of fee is now up to 4^th January 2018. The Candidates have also been given an opportunity to edit their perticulars w.e.f 3^rd January 2018 to 6^th January 2018.

How to apply online for PUNJAB TEACHER ELIGIBILITY TEST/ PUNJAB TET 2017

STEP-1: REGISTRATION ONLINE

Plz carefully read all the instructions given in the advertisement before applying online.
The eligible and interested applicants should apply on-line for PSTET-I or PSTET-II at the given official website. The applicants interested in both PSTET-I & PSTET-II do not need to apply separately. Single registration is sufficient. The applicants are advised to fill the information carefully because after successful registration the correction /edition regarding various particulars such as name/centre/category /optional subject, etc. in PSTET-I or PSTET-II is not possible.

Advice: The candidates are advised to carry all testimonials/ documents/ certificates, scanned photograph & signature with him/her while applying on-line, so that right information may be entered.

STEP-2: GENERATION OF REGISTRATION ID AND PASSWORD

After getting registered you will find the registration ID and Password on the screen. You will also get the SMS on your registered mobile no. showing your ID and Password .Plz Carefully note down both.

STEP-3: APPLICATION FORM FILLING

After login, click the Apply here button to apply for PSTET1/PSTET2.

STEP-4: MODE OF FEE PAYMENT

The candidates, after successful registration, can pay their fee through bank challan.

BANK CHALLAN: The candidates will have to take out the print of bank challan (two copies-one for bank & one for candidate). The candidate shall approach the nearest branch of Punjab National Bank with the bank challan to deposit the fee.

STEP-5: EXAMINATION FEE CONFIRMATION

The fee status will be updated in candidate’s login after 24 hours of deposition of the examination fee in the bank, and the candidate then can proceed for printing of confirmation page by visiting the website www.educationrecruitmentboard.com and by logging in his/her account using his/ her password.

STEP-6: UPLOADING OF SIGNATURE & PHOTO

Please upload your General profile ,photo and signature after confirmation of deposition of examination fee.It is compulsory for all the candidates to upload their latest coloured passport size photograph and signature on the panel to successfully complete the online application process.

STEP-7: APPROVAL OF APPLICATION FORM

Approve the application form after updating your General Profile, Photo and Signature on it.

STEP-8: PRINTING OF APPLICATION FORM

Now Click Print “Application Form Button” to print the completed application Form .Take a Print out of the application form for future reference/ correspondence.

IMPOTANT NOTE

The candidates are advised to keep their application number and password secret. Do not disclose this information to anyone.
